Are Fitstacked gummies vegan?

Yes — every gummy in our range is vegan. The pectin we use as the gummy base is plant-derived (not animal gelatin). The vitamin D3 in our multivitamin comes from lichen, not lanolin. The colour in every gummy comes from vegetable juice. We’re a 100% vegan brand.

How much sugar is in each gummy?

We use a small amount of organic cane sugar to make the gummies pleasant to take — roughly 1.5 g of sugar per gummy (about a third of a teaspoon). No artificial sweeteners, no high-fructose corn syrup, no sugar alcohols. The full nutritional breakdown is on each product page.

Where are they made?

Every Fitstacked product is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the United Kingdom. Each batch is third-party tested for purity and potency before it ships. For our Shilajit gummy, every batch is additionally tested for heavy metals — a category-essential check that not every brand bothers with.

How long until I feel the effect?

It depends on the ingredient. Vitamin C and zinc work in the immediate timeframe of supporting the immune system. Adaptogens (ashwagandha, shilajit) and functional mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, reishi) build with consistent daily use — most people notice a settled-in effect after 3–6 weeks of taking them every day. We design our products for routine, not for an immediate hit.

Can I take more than one of your gummies together?

Yes — most of our products are designed to be stackable. A common daily stack: Multivitamin + Ashwagandha (for stress and sleep) + Lion’s Mane (for focus). The two we’d flag as worth thinking about combining are Shilajit and Multivitamin, as both contribute to your daily mineral intake — most people are fine with both, but if you take a lot of other mineral supplements you may want to alternate. If you’re unsure, ask your GP or a registered nutritionist.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before noon ship the same day, Monday to Friday.

What if I don’t like them?

We offer a 60-day taste-it-or-money-back guarantee. Try a bottle. If you don’t like the taste — or you simply don’t feel any difference after taking them daily for a month — return what’s left of the bottle and we’ll refund you. No interrogation.

About the brand

Are these MHRA-approved?

Our products are food supplements (not licensed medicines), so they fall under FSA regulation, not MHRA. UK food supplements are governed by The Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 — we comply with these in full, including labelling, dosage limits, and the use of only approved nutrient forms. Per ASA / FSA rules, we’re not allowed to make medical claims, and we don’t.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes. The amber bottle is recyclable glass. The cap is recyclable plastic. The outer carton is FSC-certified recyclable cardboard. We’re working on a refill option for 2026.
