Fitstacked started with a small, slightly stubborn frustration: the supplement category had become loud. Bright fluorescent labels, gym-coded photography, capsules that were a chore to take, claims that didn’t quite hold up to a careful read.

We wanted something we’d actually enjoy taking — every day, without thinking — that we could feel honest about giving to people we cared about. Hence the brief: functional ingredients that have real research behind them, formulated at meaningful doses, in a format you’d reach for without dread. So, gummies. But gummies done properly.

What we hold ourselves to

Clinically-referenced ingredients

Where possible, we use the specific branded extract that has the research behind it — not a generic equivalent. The ashwagandha in our Stress & Sleep gummy is KSM-66®. The Lion’s Mane is a fruiting-body extract (not the cheaper mycelium-on-grain). The curcumin is paired with black pepper extract because that’s the form that’s actually absorbed.

Made and tested in the UK

Every product is manufactured in a GMP-certified UK facility and third-party tested every batch — including, for our Shilajit gummy, for heavy metals (a category-essential check).

Vegan, no nonsense

All gummies are vegan, gluten-free, and free of artificial colours and sweeteners. The vitamin D3 in our multivitamin comes from lichen, not lanolin. The colour in the gummies comes from vegetable juice. We list every ingredient and dose plainly on the label.

Honest about what supplements can and can’t do

UK ASA rules don’t allow us to make medical claims and we wouldn’t want to anyway. A daily gummy is a small, useful contribution to a wellness routine that’s still mostly about sleep, food, movement, and the people around you. We try to be plain about that.
